Every day, on every engine included in your plan. A prompt tracked on six engines produces six measurements a day, so weekly and monthly trends are built from real daily data, not samples.
Those two engines cost roughly twenty times more per run than the others, because they run live web searches and feed the results back into the model. Bundling them into a self-serve price would either raise every plan or force us to cut scan frequency. They stay on Enterprise, where volume is scoped per customer.
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period; prompts and brands above the new limit stay readable but stop being scanned.
You are never charged automatically. Prompts above the limit simply cannot be added, and we tell you which plan covers the volume you are asking for.
You pay ten months and get twelve. The discount is applied upfront and the plan renews yearly until cancelled.
All major cards through Stripe for Essential and Professional. Enterprise can also pay by purchase order or wire transfer.
