Menra generates branded PDF and CSV reports on any cadence - daily, weekly, monthly - and delivers them to email, Slack, or webhook. Your CMO gets the exec summary; your SEO lead gets the raw data. No dashboard logins required.
Three archetypes:
- **Executive**: 1-page PDF, weekly. Headline visibility score, top 3 gainers / losers in your competitor set, one highlighted insight. Sent to the exec distribution list on Monday morning.
- **Visibility**: Multi-page PDF, monthly. Per-platform breakdown, prompt-level share of voice, citation shifts, sentiment trends, actionable recommendations. Goes to the brand / SEO team.
- **Citations**: CSV export, weekly. Every citation captured in the window - source URL, authority, prompts it backed, sentiment. Feeds into a BI tool (Mixpanel, Looker) or spreadsheet for deeper analysis.
You can run all three in parallel with different recipient groups; Menra dedup'd them under the hood so you're only paying for compute once per report day.
White-label for agencies + partners
Agencies managing multiple client brands can swap the Menra logo for the client's on every PDF. Upload a logo + primary color in Brand Settings → Branding, and every exported report uses those assets. Footer link still attributes to Menra but the header is your client's - defensible positioning when a CMO opens the PDF on their phone.

Slack + webhook for the ops-native
Not every team lives in email. Menra sends the same report body to Slack (#brand-signals channel, Block Kit formatted with expandable sections) or a generic webhook (JSON payload, easy to wire into Retool / Zapier / Pipedream). The webhook body includes all raw data - if you want the CSV fields inside a larger ETL, drop the webhook into your data pipeline and subset the fields you need downstream.
PDF generation costs 40 kredi per export on Standard; scheduled reports are flat-rate regardless of cadence (the base plan covers the daily ones). Enterprise has unlimited PDF exports.
