Terms of Service

• We provide AI visibility monitoring as a subscription service. • You pay monthly (Standard $49/mo + add-ons) or on contract (Enterprise). • Credits are prepaid compute units. Monthly allowance expires monthly; top-up packs last 12 months. • You own your data. We don't sell it to third parties. • You're responsible for using Menra legally and for respecting AI platform terms of service. • We can suspend accounts violating the rules or being actively abusive. • 14-day trial. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. • Non-consumed credits from top-ups can be refunded within 14 days; consumed credits are non-refundable. See Refund Policy.

Menra ("we", "us", "the Service") operates at menra.ai and provides AI visibility monitoring, content AEO scoring, competitor analysis, and related services. The Service monitors publicly available AI responses from platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and others as listed in the product.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Menra and must provide accurate registration information. You're responsible for maintaining account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may close accounts that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in USD; applicable VAT and local taxes are added at checkout by our payment processor (Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record). Credits: monthly allowance resets each billing cycle and does not carry over. One-time top-up packs (300 credits = $49) remain valid for 12 months from purchase date; unused credits expire. Enterprise customers are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) that overrides these terms where conflicts exist.

You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service • Use the Service to circumvent any third-party AI platform's terms of service • Upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, or is used in automated mass-messaging / spam • Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate the Service's infrastructure outside of responsible-disclosure channels

You retain all rights to data you upload (brands, prompts, content). We retain rights to aggregated, anonymized usage metrics used to improve the Service. We do not sell customer data to third parties. Full data handling is documented in our Privacy Policy.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; unused monthly allowance does not refund. Top-up credits remain valid until their 12-month expiry. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. We'll attempt to notify you before termination except in cases of active abuse.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic; we make no representation that the Service's scoring or recommendations will produce specific business outcomes.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 500. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes subject to the Istanbul courts unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise MSA.
